Conditions of Returns:

A Return Merchandise Agreement must first be requested and received (see below).

• The merchandise must have been bought in the last 6 months, and in the same condition it was received.
• The merchandise must NOT be partial (if originally in a kit, the entire kit needs to be returned).
• The merchandise must be packaged the same as it came to you. A restocking fee (20%) may be applied. Shipping cost will be your responsibility.
• Exchanges may be discussed, if necessary.
• Upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, it will be inspected and if all requirements are met, payment/credit will be issued.
