Shipping/Delivery Information

Most orders placed before 2:00 p.m. central time will be processed the same day; others will go the following day. We try to keep all products in stock. Some of our slower-moving products and colors may have a longer lead time. Oversized orders that require palletization/special shipping may need an appointment for delivery.  The shipping company will call you to set up an appointment, this may increase delivery time.

Our larger products; such as posts, rails, and large kits, have FREE SHIPPING when you spend the minimum amount specified in the shipping tier under large in the table below.  Any orders under the minimum order will be charged a $50 Flat Rate.  Our smaller products have FREE SHIPPING when you spend the small part minimum. Otherwise, it is a $25 Flat Rate Fee.  If your order has both small and large products, then a $50 Flat Rate is charged; unless you spend the minimum, it will be FREE SHIPPING.   This is for the Continental US only.  Please call us for any other rates.

We utilize UPS and FedEx, and local delivery services for most shipments.

If your order is large, it may require an LTL (Less than truckload) shipment.  This involves a freight trucking company to pick up and deliver to your destination.

With an LTL shipment, our team will set up the shipment and pass the shipment ID onto you.  Once the trucking company picks up the order, they will contact you and schedule a drop-off appointment. During this appointment, the truck will only deliver to your curb if located in a residential area.  They will lower the items down from a lift gate to the ground, at which point, you will have to unload them.  Please take the time to make sure all the product is accounted for and check that none of the boxes have any damage. If you do not receive all your product (check against packing list) or notice any damage at this time, you will need to make a note on the Bill of Lading from the driver, before you sign-off on the delivery and then contact us immediately.
