PREFERRED® Railing has changed the TOP LEVEL RAIL (for both Georgian and Savannah). The change is the TOP LEVEL RAIL no longer has baluster connectors on the bottom side of the (top) level rail, and rather it has slots that the balusters will fit in (much like the current STAIR RAIL).
