The merchandise must have been bought in the last 6 months, and in the same condition it was received. The merchandise must NOT be partial (if originally in a kit, the entire kit is needed returned). The merchandise must be packaged the same as it came to you. A restocking fee (20%) may be applied. Shipping cost will be your responsibility. Exchanges may be discussed, if necessary. Upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, it will be inspected and if all requirements were met, payment/credit will be issued.
