When buying PREFERRED® Railing separately, please understand the following:
Drilled means there are holes drilled for the installation of balusters, so you may want to by balusters and baluster connectors.
UnDrilled means there are NO holes drilled in the railing. So if you are going to use balusters, you may need to drill your own holes.
Stair railing will ALWAYS have the “square slots” for the balusters to be used.
